Cascade View Community Park Playground Work Party

WE’RE BUILDING A NEW PLAYGROUND AT CASCADE VIEW COMMUNITY PARK AND WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We need more than 150 volunteers from the Tukwila community to help give kids the childhood they deserve by building a new playground funded by Foresters Financial.
Saturday, July 8, 2017
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m
CASCADE VIEW COMMUNITY PARK
14211 37th Ave. S, Tukwila, WA 98188
• Volunteers should be age 18+ and will assemble playground pieces, mix concrete, move mulch, help with food, play games with kids, and much more.
• Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and closed toe shoes; leave valuables at home.
• Youth activities provided.
• Gloves, goggles, breakfast, and lunch will be provided.
Play is central to a child’s ability to grow into a productive adult. Let’s ensure kids get the balance of play they need to thrive! Please join us and show that play matters to you.
