Carry out service is a service where the driver will roll carts down to the street or end of your driveway on service day and then returns them to the original location. \nTo qualify for no charge carry out service\, the customer must be unable to move garbage\, recycling or yard waste carts to the curb because of a health condition and live with no other person that can take the carts to the curb.
