You may catch a glimpse of birds flying overhead while working hard to remove invasive species like Scots Broom. This gem of a park is a culturally significant site in our region\, and can use more helping hands to assist in its restoration. Invite your friends\, family\, and coworkers to get your hands dirty at this monthly work party! \nDate: Saturday\, September 15 \nTime: 10 am to 1 pm \nLocation: Duwamish Hill Preserve \n\n  \nTo sign up to volunteer\, and for more information\, please email volunteer@forterra.org\nLearn more:  https://forterra.org/subpage/duwamish-hill-preserve   \n  \nWhat to bring:  Come dressed for the weather (rain or shine) in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes (rubber boots\, hiking/tennis shoes)\, long sleeves\, long pants\, warm layers and bring a rain jacket. We’ll have tools and gloves for you to use!
