And\, in a major event like an  earthquake\, these seismically unsafe buildings could prevent emergency teams from providing immediate aid. \nThe City has a proposal to invest in much-needed public safety facilities and equipment\, including  fire stations\, fire trucks and other lifesaving equipment; a justice center  to house the Tukwila Police Department and Municipal Court;  and modern Public Works shops. We want your feedback and input!
