DESCRIPTION:Help Tukwila Celebrate National Night Out Against Crime\, August 1st\nTuesday\, August 1St is of National Night Out Against Crime!   This is a night for America to stand \ntogether and promote awareness\, safety\, and neighborhood unity. National Night Out showcases \nthe vital importance of police – community partnerships and citizen involvement in our fight for a \nsafer nation. On NNO\, we invite neighborhoods citywide to join us and “give crime a going \naway party “. \n  \nTukwila Police and Fire Departments as well as City Council members\, Code Enforcement \nofficers and Tukwila Human Services representatives will visit each neighborhood event that \n“registers” their event by Wednesday\, July 26th.   Register early to receive a packet of crime \nprevention material to have on hand for your event! Target Corporation is a national sponsor to \nNNO.   Southcenter Target employees will be riding with City personnel visiting neighborhood \nparties with free prizes for kids. \n  \nTypes of neighborhood events vary.   Most neighborhoods plan a potluck bar-b-que to take \nadvantage of the wide and wonderful ethnic food contributions Tukwila residents have to offer. \nDon’t limit your ideas!
