MISSION / VISION STATEMENT Collecting, preserving, and displaying the historical, archaeological, and ethnological artifacts, collections, records, and stories that pertain to Tukwila and the surrounding region. Join us on the third Thursday of each month.
The Public Safety Committee considers and provides policy recommendations on legislative matters relating to police, fire, municipal court, public safety facilities, animal control, and emergency services. Committee members are Chair Kathy Hougardy, Dennis Robertson, and Thomas McLeod.
Regular Meetings are held the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. At these meetings the Council conducts general and routine business and adopts ordinances and resolutions. At these meetings, the Mayor presides but does not vote unless it is to break a tie.
