BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE:

The City of Tukwila Parks & Recreation is seeking sound and technical support for musical performances calendared from June 2023 to September 2023. See “2023 Events & Dates” for detailed list of events and locations.

Additional Information: The City of Tukwila Parks and Recreation will provide the following:

  • Stage as needed (six 6’ x 8’ sections)
  • Stage plot/input list from each act.
  • Power supply (either on location or via generator)
  • Tent for inclement weather.

 

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Vendors are expected to provide their own equipment for music performance support including mixing console, speakers, microphones, cables, etc.

Vendors may submit proposals for one or more of the events identified in “2023 Events & Dates.”

 

SUMMARY OF SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

Vendors will outline the following in their proposals:

Proposals shall be submitted via email to michael.may@tukwilawa.gov and include the following information.

  1. In the body of the email provide answers outlined in the “Summary of Requirements.”
  2. Events you are interested in performing at outlined in the “2023 Events & Dates.”
  3. Cost proposal per performance.
