Winter Youth Basketball League
Saturdays, Jan. 27-Feb. 24
Ages 4-11 • Games and Practices at the Tukwila Community Center Offered by i9 Sports, young players are introduced to the sport of basketball while more experienced players learn to improve their skills – and above all sportsmanship values.

Elementary After School Intramurals
January-May
Open to all 4th and 5th Grade students who attend a Tukwila Elementary School. Practices will be held at player’s schools two times per week and contests will be held at the Tukwila Community Center once a week.

Puzzle Pallooza
Sunday, January 28

St. Patrick’s Day Family Treasure Hunt (FREE)
Sunday, March 17
All day • All ages • Tukwila Parks
Sign up to receive a treasure map and hunt for leprechauns and hidden gold in our parks. This self-guided
activity only requires a sense of adventure. Maps and hints will be available closer to the event. Green prizes will be awarded to those who find the treasures. Good luck!

Enjoy your school break with us as we play games, create some awesome craft projects, and have a ton of laughs. All students need to bring a sack lunch each day; we will provide an afternoon snack. Space is limited.

Fee: $20/day (register for each day separately)
We have something for everyone with games, crafts, free play, and tons of fun. Students need to bring a sack lunch; we will provide an afternoon snack. Registration begins on December 1 and space is limited, so act fast!

Spring Break Camp Sign up early!
April 8-12 (Mon.-Fri.), 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. • Fee: $50
Campers will enjoy a whole week’s work of fun with crafts, games, and so much more! Children need to bring a sack lunch each day and we’ll supply everything else for an unforgettable week. Registration begins on December 1. Space is limited, so secure your spot!

Teen Late Night
Most Fridays, 8 p.m. – 11 p.m. (Check online for specific program dates) • FREE (Optional: $2 at entry for snack/drink bracelet)
Teen Late Night is THE place to be! Late Night provides a safe environment for teens with a ton of activities including basketball, volleyball, video games, pool, air hockey, dodgeball, and so much more. Come hang out with friends and have some fun!

Teen Room (FREE)
Every Day After School until 6 p.m.
Join us every day after school in the Teen Room and enjoy movies, basketball, video games, table games, or just hang out with friends. The Teen Room follows the Tukwila School District calendar and is open to all every day after school!

Teen Open Gym (FREE)
Mondays, 6:15 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.
Monday evenings in the gym are set aside specifically for teens. Get active and play volleyball and/or basketball. All skill levels are welcome.

Family Martial Arts
Tuesdays, 6:45 p.m. – 7:45 p.m. • Ages: 7 years to Adult
Fee: $25 per person or $50 per family
Families: join the fitness fun! Blending the best techniques and training methods of five traditional martial arts systems, KAJUKENBO was created by combining the first few letters of each style: KA (Karate), JU (Judo and Jujitsu), KEN (Kenpo), and BO (Chinese boxing).

Kickboxing for Adults and Teens
Ages: 16 years and older • Fee: $50 per person

Want to get in shape while learning how to defend yourself at the same time? Just want some exercise to improve your health? Then this class is for you. Come join us for some fun while making new friends. This class also provides opportunity for those interested in participating in outside amateur MMA events.

Private Golf Instruction from a Pro
Fee: $55 for a single lesson, $99 for 3, and $150 for 5

Sign up for one-on-one lessons with Foster Golf Links pro Deron Pointer. With over 10 years of teaching experience, Deron will teach you new techniques to improve short game, putting, chips, pitches, and sand— all in a fun and stress-free environment. Ukrainian Egg Design Workshop (FREE)
Friday, March 1, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Pysanka or Ukrainian Easter Eggs are decorated with traditional folk designs using a wax-resist method. The word Pysanka come from the verb pysaty, “to write” as the designs are not painted on but drawn with a kitska tool and beeswax.

See history come alive in one-woman shows at the Tukwila Community Center. Local actor Debbie Dimitre brings history alive with portrayals of two of the 20th century’s most influential women – suffragette Alice Paul and first lady Eleanor Roosevelt – in two lunchtime performances.
