Public Notices

Most land use applications require public notice, allowing the community to comment on proposed projects. Notice may include a sign posted near the project site, mailed notice to owners within 500 feet, newspaper publication, and this page.

    Determination of Nonsignificance for removal of soil containing PCBs above 7.3 mg/kg as an interim measure; ~40 ft of shoreline, ~3 ft depth, ~120 CY excavation, with backfill and restoration.
  • L26-0065 Notice of ApplicationComments due 9/5/2026

    Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for installation of three electrical circuits below the Duwamish River using horizontal directional drilling (HDD). Connections will be established from the HDD pits to the existing grid within adjacent existing utility rights-of-way.
