Free Firefighter Interview Prep

Thank you for your interest in participating in our mock interview panel. The format will be as follows: 15 minute mock interview with a professional Firefighter/EMT panel from King County followed by a 5 minute personal feedback session with the panel. A general session will also be conducted where you are able to connect with other potential candidates and receive one on one advice from professional first responders within our region. We encourage people of color, immigrants, refugees, women, LGBTQIA+, people with disabilities, and veterans to attend and help us better represent the communities we serve.
To apply, participants must meet the following requirements:
-18 years of age by January 1, 2026
-High School graduate or GED certificate by January 1, 2026
-Currently testing/applying for firefighter/EMT positions within King County
