The Neighborhood Pop-Up Program brings Metro information, ORCA card services, and personalized support directly to communities throughout King County. Stop by to connect with our Metro team—we’re here to help with:
- Getting a new Adult ORCA Card or Youth ORCA Card
- Applying for a Senior or Disabled Regional Reduced Fare Permit (RRFP)
- Replacing lost or damaged cards (including ORCA LIFT cards)
- Adding fare products or value to an existing ORCA card
- Learning how to make the most of your ORCA card
- Getting answers to questions about the regional transit system
