Workforce Discovery Lab Summer Program

The Success Foundation is proud to present the 2026 Workforce Discovery Lab!
Designed for high school students across the Highline Public Schools and Tukwila Schools District, this FREE two-week program focuses on preparing students for and exploring a wide range of post-secondary education and career opportunities available right here at home.
Participants will build valuable skills that increase their chances of success in any professional setting while also exploring local internship and career opportunities in their own communities. Students who successfully complete all program requirements will receive a $500 stipend, sponsored by the Success Foundation.
