On November 5, 2020 the Planning Commission will continue their deliberations and make final recommendations to the Council on the Tukwila International Boulevard interim zoning code revisions that will eliminate the need to renew the moratorium (Ordinance 2631) prohibiting auto-oriented and lodging uses currently in the Regional Commercial (RC) and Neighborhood Commercial Center (NCC) zoning districts in the TIB study area.
