Request for Qualifications: Tukwila Community Center Business Plan and/or Recreation Program Plan

The City of Tukwila Parks and Recreation Department (TPRD) invites the assistance of interested firms or individuals to respond to one or both of the following distinct and separate Scopes of Work:

Scope A: Business Plan for the Tukwila Community Center

Develop a new business plan for Tukwila Community Center. The City is seeking requests for qualifications to complete the plan that include a set of recommendations for the future operation, maintenance, capital repair, improvement and replacement, marketing, and management of the Community Center based on sound market and facility research.

Scope B: Recreation Program Plan for the Department

Define the strategies, services and direction for Tukwila Parks and Recreation Department’s public recreation programming that is financially sustainable, culturally appropriate, physically and economically accessible and meets the needs of the residents of Tukwila- particularly communities of color, immigrant populations, persons with disabilities and other underserved populations while in alignment with city-wide and departmental goals.
