2023 Earth Day Art, Photo, Video Contest

RE-THINK WASTE CONTEST PRESENTED BY CITY OF TUKWILA AND WASTE MANAGEMENT
Share your message on how you reduce waste, reuse items and/or recycle correctly with a drawing, photo of an art piece, photograph or short video (60 seconds or less). Winning entries will be shared on City of Tukwila and Waste Management websites, social media, and featured in an Earth Day news release.
WHO CAN ENTER? All students K-12 who live or go to school in Tukwila.
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
1st place: $350 gift card 2nd place: $200 gift card 3rd place: $100 gift card
MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL
1st place: $350 gift card 2nd place: $200 gift card 3rd place: $100 gift card
TEACHER WITH MOST SUBMISSIONS FROM THEIR CLASS
* Teachers much teach in the Tukwila School District to qualify. If there is a tie, the $400 will be split evenly between the winning teachers.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

- Email your completed application and submission to recyclenw@wm.com by Friday March 31st – 5:00 PM.
- Finalists will be announced on Friday, April 21st, by noon -the day before Earth Day.
