Whether you’re a song writer, poet, storyteller, reader, or just plain word nerd, these sessions will inspire you and give you tools to think about nature and weave it into your writing. Flenniken, the 2012 Washington Poet Laureate and author of Plume about the Columbia river and the Hanford Nuclear Reservation, will focus on the intersection of poetry, science, and documentary, and our relationship with damaged natural places.
