PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila Planning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on, June 24, 2021, to discuss the following:
CASE NUMBERS: L20-0108
PURPOSE: Public Hearing for the Transit-Oriented Development Housing Action Plan
LOCATION: The Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) area around the Tukwila International Boulevard Station
The meeting will not be conducted at Tukwila City Hall, based on the Governor’s Proclamation 20-28 adopted March 24, 2020 which says in part:
“Any public agency, subject to RCW 42.30, is prohibited from conducting any meeting, subject to RCW 42.30 unless (a) the meeting is not conducted in-person and instead provides an option(s) for the public to attend the proceedings through, at minimum, telephonic access, . . .”
Those wishing to provide public comments at the above meeting will have the opportunity to deliver comments via email, or verbally via telephone or online during the meeting:
Written Comments: All written comments received by email to Meredith.sampson@tukwilawa.gov prior to 5:00 p.m. on June 24 will be read aloud during the meeting by City staff within the normal five-minute time limit.
Verbal Comments: Sign up to verbally deliver your comments during the meeting by emailing Meredith.sampson@tukwilawa.gov or calling 206-431-3661 by 5:00 p.m. on June 24, 2021.
