** There are no public hearing agenda items scheduled this month, July 28, 2016. In lieu of the regular scheduled meeting staff is taking the Board of Architectural Review on a tour of
projects that they (or former members) have approved in the past.
The Planning Commission acts as the land use advisory body for the City Council and reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council on the City’s Comprehensive Plan, Shoreline Plan, Subdivision, Zoning and Sign Codes.
