Public Hearing – Rau Lot Size Variance

Hearing Date: A public hearing will be held on May 20th at
9:30 am in the Rainier Conference Room in the DCD Offices, 6300 Southcenter Blvd., Suite 100.
Project Description: The applicant requests a zoning code variance to build one single-family home on a 6000 square foot lot, which does not meet the Low Density Residential (LDR) lot size minimum of 6500 square feet. Project site marked with star on the map.
Your written comments on the project are requested and can be delivered to DCD, 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Ste 100, Tukwila WA 98188. Comments must be received by 5:00p.m. on May 9, 2016.
