Tukwila Library – Scam Prevention Workshop
June 17 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
As we become more connected, we get daily emails, phone calls, and text messages overwhelming our electronic devices. How can you tell if it’s a legitimate communication? It may sound too good to be true, and it just might be!
Learn the Five Signs of a Scam from the Consumer Protection Division of the Washington State Office of the Attorney General to protect yourself and loved ones.
This workshop will be offered in both English and Spanish.
Registration not required, but space is limited so please arrive on time.
Reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities is available by request. Email access@kcls.org at least seven days before the event. Automated closed captioning is always available for online events.
