Project Description: COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT+ REZONE  FROM LDR TO MDR. DEVELOP A MAXIMUM OF 65 TOWNHOMES.

 

Your written comments on the project are requested and can be delivered to Department of Community Development, 6300 Southcenter Blvd, Suite 100, Tukwila WA 98188 or to the project planner, Max Baker at 206.431.3683 or Max.Baker@Tukwilawa.gov.  Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on March 30, 2020.

 

A public meeting for this project is scheduled for March 18, 2020 from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

Due to recommendations for social distancing as a response to COVIDI9, the City will not be hosting an in-person meeting for the project.   Instead, attendees are asked join a virtual meeting at the time instead;  please call in at +1-253-292-9750; enter 213419175# when prompted.
