The SmileMobile is coming to your community!  This mobile dental clinic provides care to infants, children, teenagers, and pregnant/post-partum people.  The SmileMobile is a fully equipped 3 chair mobile dental clinic that travels the state year-round providing dental care to children from low-income families.

No insurance required. If you have Apple Health (Medicaid, ProviderOne, Molina), please bring your insurance card with you. There is no cost to you or your family.

Who’s eligible for this service?
Pregnant, postpartum people, babies, young children, youth and adults (designated clinics) enrolled in Apple Health (Medicaid), commercial insured or uninsured.
