This committee considers matters related to utilities (City-owned and franchised) such as water, sewer and surface water.
This committee considers all matters related to transportation, traffic, streets, and signals. It works with the Public Works Department and the Department of Community Development.
Regular Meetings are held the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. At these meetings the Council conducts general and routine business and adopts ordinances and resolutions. At these meetings, the Mayor presides but does not vote unless it is to break a tie.
