Regular Meetings are held the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. At these meetings the Council conducts general and routine business and adopts ordinances and resolutions. At these meetings, the Mayor presides but does not vote unless it is to break a tie.
This committee considers matters related to the budget and financial operations of the City, personnel policies, police and fire protection, emergency services, the Municipal Court and animal control.
