Learn about local resources for handling unusual items for proper disposal like mattresses, batteries, paint, plastic bags, and toxic cleaners.

Join us for an action-packed hour on items YOU can do to reduce your waste. Attendees will learn how to make nontoxic cleaners with common household items, how to store food properly to reduce wasted food and how to reduce packaging. We will also cover ways to reduce single use plastics and share new Washington state legislation that will reduce plastic waste.
