The City Council is considering a proposal to provide an honorary naming designation of Southcenter Parkway between Tukwila Parkway and Strander Boulevard for former Mayor Jim Haggerton.

The Tukwila Planning Commission currently has a Resident representative opening for the remainder of a 4-year term ending 12/31/2026. Interested parties should complete a City of Tukwila Boards and Commissions Application and return it to the Mayor’s Office by June 25, 2023.
