Following adoption of the City’s Strategic Plan in 2012, Tukwila’s efforts have been directed toward providing the superior services that our residents, businesses and guests expect. City staff embraced the core values of Caring, Professional and Responsive, and work continuously to enhance our customer service. With a focus on Responsive, we now offer a helpful tool to communicate with the City and get results regarding your concerns.

See a pothole on a street that needs attention? Was garbage dumped on your street? Did a street sign get tagged with graf fiti? You can now report any issue to the City 24 hours a day us ing a new mobile app and web-based reporting program.

Tukwila Works provides community members the ability to easily and quickly report non-emergency issues to the City. It also allows community members to submit photos directly to the City when reporting an issue, which can help expedite the City’s response in addressing concerns raised by community members. Developed for the City by SeeClickFix, Inc., this new program enables community members to track the outcomes of the issues reported to the City.

Tukwila Works expands the number of methods available for reporting issues to the City. Community members can also call City Hall, email City staff, or report a concern in person to the City. Emergency calls, requiring the immediate response by Po lice or Fire, should be reported to 9-1-1.

To access Tukwila Works, go to TukwilaWA.gov/TukwilaWorks. You can report an issue directly on this web page or download the app. The app, available in multiple languages, can also be downloaded from the Apple ® and Android ® app stores for free.
