Tukwila Urban Center Plan
The Tukwila Urban Center (TUC) plan governs high-density, pedestrian-oriented development in the Southcenter area, bounded by I-405 to the north, I-5 to the west, Tukwila city limits to the east, and approximately South 180th Street to the south. The plan was adopted by City Council on June 2, 2014 and remains the active framework for development in this area.

Environmental review
A Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) was prepared in 2013 to analyze the cumulative environmental impacts of full buildout under the plan. Development proposals consistent with the subarea plan and SEIS do not require individual SEPA review.
