Plans & Policies
DCD is guided by the City’s Strategic Plan and the 2024–2044 Comprehensive Plan, adopted by City Council on December 16, 2024. The Comprehensive Plan sets the long-range blueprint for land use, housing, and infrastructure over the next 20 years. (The adopted 2024–2044 Comprehensive Plan is currently being finalized. Construction and Land Use

Planning Commission
