REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CONSULTANT SERVICES: Park Impact Fee Study
The City of Tukwila is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified, and experienced consultants to conduct a comprehensive review and update of the current Parks Impact Fee (PIF) Schedule. The existing methodology, last reviewed in 2018, must be reevaluated to ensure it remains consistent with current best practices, anticipated growth patterns, legislative and judicial updates, and the park system’s usage and needs.
The consultant will be responsible for assessing the current approach, identifying and evaluating alternative methodologies, and recommending updates to the fee schedule that reflect changes in community demographics, land use, and current and future recreational demand.
Responses to this RFP are due December 5, 3 p.m. PST. The full RFP may be viewed here.
